Grannus and the hot springs find you
By the border of the waters
A stone step or two
As the quiet steam rises
And the blessings of the God, awaiting them all

Deep in the earth, the heat arises:
The Earth Mother sends her love
In waves of warmth and healing
Filter through layers of magma and movement
The God in warm waters, awaiting them all

The bird too does drink here
Guest of the Grannus the God,
Kindest of hosts, he answers their call
Here on the edge of the warm waters, turning
Healing and restful, awaiting them all

The fox too does stand here
Lapping the water from the hands of the Lord,
Lord of Warm Waters he calls to the Sun,
Warmth on the waters, above and below,
Peace and renewal, awaiting them all

The pilgrim does sit here
Awash in the waters that heal the soul
Healing the spirit, healing the body
Each ripple reveals a remedy ready
Heat and recovery, awaiting them all

In the late evening hours,
When the stars are alone in the heavens above,
The ancestors gather at the edge of the water
The stars glow and shimmer, at the top of the water
Memories and comfort, awaiting them all
Memories and comfort, awaiting them all
